Additionally, avoid sharing content that is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or discriminatory, or that could lead to civil or criminal liability under U.S. or other applicable laws. Respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
If you receive an account ID and password, use them responsibly. You are accountable for any activity under your credentials. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed authorized to access and use the Site in line with these terms. BigG Hair has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.
Accepting these terms through your use of the Site confirms that you are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms of this agreement, BigG Hair grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for shopping purposes only. Any violation of this agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license without notice.
Unless explicitly permitted by BigG Hair in advance, all materials on this Site (collectively, the “Contents”), including images, text, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, video clips, and written materials are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of the information provided on the Site or use the Site for the benefit of another business.
BigG Hair reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its discretion if customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to BigG Hair’s interests. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by BigG Hair in writing.
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you. This includes all communications and transactions and all obligations (including financial) incurred through such access or use. Protect the security and confidentiality of your password and identification.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
BigG Hair respects property rights. If there is a copyright infringement on any picture, please contact us, and we will remove the picture as soon as possible.
For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who try to create several accounts, BigG Hair reserves the right to suspend accounts without notice. After order dispatch, transportation is the responsibility of the third-party logistics company. The buyer owns the product(s) during shipping and is responsible for any risks or issues that occur during transportation.
Following customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses, and payers’ names should be valid. Certain countries request that the consignee submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the data they provide. Should any information be incorrect and prevent any shipment, delivery, or customs clearance, we will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.
BigG Hair will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind users to do the same. As the importers, customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. BigG Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required.
BigG Hair is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their orders in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their items. All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. BigG Hair cannot be held liable for non-delivery in this case.
Unless otherwise provided, anything you submit or post to the site and/or provide to BigG Hair, including ideas, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”), is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all related intellectual property rights (excluding moral rights such as authorship) to BigG Hair without charge.
BigG Hair has the right to use, copy, display, publish, and adapt your submissions worldwide and forever, without paying you. Your submissions become our property and won’t be returned. You agree not to challenge BigG Hair’s use and to ensure your submissions don’t infringe on any rights. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use for any purposes.
When you post comments or reviews, you allow BigG Hair to use your name with your content. You confirm that you own the rights to what you post and that it won’t infringe on others’ rights. You shall not use a fake email or pretend to be someone else.
BigG Hair can remove or edit your submissions if needed.
BigG Hair will comply with its minimum packing standards for the chosen method of transportation. The buyer will cover the cost of any special packing, loading, or bracing they request, as well as all packing and shipping costs for their special equipment.
BigG Hair will use its judgment in determining the carrier and routing unless otherwise provided. In either case, BigG Hair will not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.
The discount applies only to the invoiced value of the material (not to taxes or freight charges). BigG Hair may ask for advance payment or security if they find the buyer’s financial condition questionable. If the buyer fails to make payment by the terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement or fails to comply with any provisions, BigG Hair may cancel any unshipped portion of this order. The buyer remains liable for all unpaid accounts.
Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are paid by the buyer upon invoice from BigG Hair unless the buyer provides a valid exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authority or unless BigG Hair is forbidden by law from collecting said taxes from the buyer. The buyer is responsible for obtaining import or export licenses.
Online purchases (excluding gifts) made through BigG Hair are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. If the original strap attached to the received wig is cut off or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be considered unused.
Free returns and exchanges are available in the United States. If you want a prepaid shipping label, please contact us first. We will mail you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.
Our company is not liable for failing to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, buyer actions, government actions, fires, wars, riots, transport delays, or shortages of materials, labor, or supplies. If some quantities are affected by these events while others are not, they will be removed without blame, but the agreement stays unchanged. Our company may, in times of shortages caused by these events, distribute its raw materials among users as it considers fair and reasonable. We are not liable for special or consequential damages from any delay.
These terms of service and any related agreements follow California law.
