For order processing time
We can usually prepare products that are in stock for shipping within 1-2 days after you place your order. However, if you’re interested in custom or made-to-order products, the preparation time may take longer. For delivery time

Exchange & Return
At BigG Hair, we understand that sometimes customers may need to exchange or return their hair extensions. That’s why we have a simple process in place to make it as easy as possible for you. Please just follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange or return process.
- Provide your order number and reason for the exchange or return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new product to you once we receive the product you are returning.
- For returns, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment once we receive the returned product.
Please note that hair extensions must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for exchange or return. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.
