1. Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

It is our pleasure to announce that we have a return policy for unopened hair extensions. You are entitled to return or exchange your order within seven (7) days of receipt. We have very low return rates due to the high quality of our hair extensions. However, we value your satisfaction and we will readily accommodate returns and exchanges of hair extensions that remain in their original condition and have not been worn or tampered with.

Shipping cost for Return or Exchange:

Please note that the initial shipping cost incurred to ship your package is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount for any return.

  • All used or washed hair extension products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All return and exchange policies become invalid once the item is taken from the package and used in any apparent way.
  • The hair must be in its original packing and bundle, and it must not be tied at the top.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges for custom hair products.
  • Please do not return unauthorized returns. We are not liable for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

2. What if my shipment doesn’t arrive?

BigG Hair disclaims any responsibility for products that are delivered to you unregistered. We do not accept liability for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items delivered to the wrong address. We advise using a shipping carrier that provides signature validation and/or insurance services to safeguard your package.

3. May I return my order?

BigG Hair strives to accommodate the return requests of our customers for hair extensions. You may return hair extensions to BigG Hair within seven days of delivery, provided that the items are not opened and unused in any visible way and remain in their original bundle and packaging. We kindly request that customers contact us before returning items to BigG Hair.

4. Why are BigG Hair’s hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

Since human hair extensions are a hygiene item, we can’t take them back or exchange them if you break the seal on the package.

5. How do I make a return?

Step 1

Please contact BigG Hair customer service within 7 days based on the courier’s receipt. Depending on the situation, we might ask you to send a photo of your issue.

Step 2

Please indicate if you would like to exchange it with what color, texture, or length you would like to return.

Step 3

Make sure your return package includes a copy of the receipt and that hair must be in its original bundle and packaging and must not be tied at its top.

Step 4 

We highly recommend using a shipping carrier with signature validation and/or insurance services to protect your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set to us.

Please allow a few days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative. If you have any questions, please contact us. 6. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Please kindly understand that we are unable to cover the fee for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees, customs fees, and duties.

7. May I return BigG Hair’s hair extensions without contacting you?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return to BigG Hair.
