Yes, we can give you a free sample of about 25-30 grams but you have to pay shipping or other related fees. Normally, the shipping fee is quite high so you can order 2 bundles for the first sample, it’s better to save your time and money in delivery terms.

How long do your hair extensions and wigs last?

Definitely yes, our wigs are sourced from 100% Vietnamese human hair, with a commitment to no mixing with plastic fibers, so you can dye, curl, straighten, and style them just like your natural real hair.

Color Map

We understand color matching can be tricky, and we’re here to help. We offer 3 ways to get color matched! Schedule a free virtual consultation, email in photos for review, or get clip-in color samples that you can easily clip-in and blend with your real hair to determine the best blend! Colors may vary and can appear different online, depending on the computer screen or device. Lighting on your phone, computer and in the photos can alter the appearance of hair colors. Color matching by email or online cannot be guaranteed for these reasons. Ready to wear collections such as Wigs, Bundles and Vietnamese Raw Hair Bundle will come included with a tester swatch. Semi-permanent methods such as Tape-ins, Traditional Wefts and Keratin Tip extensions wil not come with a tester included. If your extensions have been opened and the color is not a match, our team will work to provide you with the best resolution and assist you with finding the best shade. We are required to follow hygine regulations therefore we are unable to accept any item back that has been opened. We recommend utilizing our color matching options to ensure the color purchased will be the best match! Natural lighting is the ideal light source for a color match as hair will appear as it’s true tone under natural lighting.

Order and Shipment

After receiving your payment, we’ll prepare your orders to ship. When it’s ready, we’ll make the delivery immediately and it can reach you within 3-5 business days.

Especially, it takes about 2-4 days to ship to Europe, Russia, Australia, the US.

We partner with shipping giants, such as DHL, UPS, EMS and FedEx, so your orders certainly reach you at the right time.

BIG G offers Shipping Warranty on all orders that are delayed more than 24 hours then promised by the carrier. If your shipment has not reached you within the time frame chosen at check out with a 24-hour buffer time frame, a refund will be provided to the card used to complete the purchase with us. 

Orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 5P.M EST. We do not make any shipments on weekends or national holidays. The first shipping day counted for transit is the following business day. 

An email notification will be sent once the order has been placed, shipped, and delivered. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers, so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.

Due to the high demand of our orders and fast shipping, orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed as our system begins to process immediately and we are unable to honor requests for any cancellations or modifications.

Return and Refund Policy

We are willing to accept returns and exchanges on unaltered, unused items, and in their original packaging that are within 30 business days from the date of purchase. If you are in that situation, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

We offer free returns unless the returned item is altered or damaged upon receipt. If the item is received in altered condition, a $10 fee will be deducted from the return amount. There is a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for an order to be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your product is sent back to us and received by our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days for the returns department to receive, log, process and complete your return or exchange.

Afterpay FAQs

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them over time.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bags and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US credit card, debit card, or bank account, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How-to Q&A

To effectively wear a wig, start to braid your hair in cornrows or rock a sleek bun and then cover all your hair with a wig cap to lay the foundation for flawless security. With the wig cap in place, find the perfect position and utilize the elastic band, adjustable straps and combs to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. And then you can use wig adhesive or tape for added security if necessary.

There are some ways to store wigs in the safe place to ensure its longevity:

– Wig stands: Always store wigs on wig stands. This helps maintain the wig’s shape and reduces tangling

– Environment: Store wigs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight because prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade the wig’s color.

– Travel: When traveling, transport wig in a sturdy wig box or a silk bag to protect them

It’s generally not recommended to wear a wig when you do some intensive physical activities or swimming because sweat, water and friction may damage the wig or its attachment.

Frequent washing can decrease the lifespan of wigs. It’s better to re-wash a wig if it gets dirty. With a human hair wig, if you wear your wig daily, you should wash every 6-8 weeks or 7-10 wears. And if you use it more seldom than that, plan on washing it once monthly.

Quality Control

The Big G warranty covers manufacturing defects from 60 days from thedate of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects from installation, altering the extensions in any way from their original form, as well as improper use of hair care and extension handling. Please be advised that refunds are not issued on quality control submissions. If your item is found to be defective, a replacement or store credit will be provided. Big G has the right to determine the value of store credit offered based on many factors. Exclusions apply on final sale items.

Our Quality Control team requires images showing the quality issue as well as additional information on product usage and maintenance for review in order to provide the best resolution and help you get to the bottom of the issue experienced! Our team reviews each case as fairly and reasonably within the policies that we have in place. Our team will take into consideration all information that is submitted and provide a resolution within our policies as stated.
