In case you’re unsatisfied with the hair products you purchased from BigG Hair, you can return them, meeting some criteria outlined below:

• Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to initiate a refund / exchange request.
• Hair is NOT installed, stained, cut or altered in any way
• Please note: If the item is removed from the package and used in any visible way, all return and exchange policies become invalid
• Hair must be in its original bundle and must not be tied at its top
• Hair must be in the original packaging
• Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice
• Shipping and handling belong to the customer’s responsibility
• Goods must be received at our company office before the refund can be issued
• Products must be returned at your expense. We recommend using a shipping service provider with a signature and / or insurance confirmation service to protect your package
• Please do not return unauthorized. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns or items sent to the incorrect address.

The time it takes for your order to reach your door depends on where you are in the world. An order will take 3-5 days to reach your shipping address. Talk to our sales agent to get an accurate estimated delivery time. Meanwhile, here is a table for quick reference.

1. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.
2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3. Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

4. *Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package’s shipped out. BigG undertakes all the return shipping fees from the US. For the other countries, taxes&shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

5. For artificial reasons cause the items damaged, cannot be returned or exchanged, eg: cut the lace, hair has been washed/dyed/bleached…
6. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing return.
